Class is a mixture of spinning, and Barre combined to hit both cardio and leg muscles all in one 40 minute session. Please wear tennis shoes.

Cancellation Policy

At L-Fit, we strive to provide our members with quality fitness services and facilities. We understand that circumstances can change, leading you to change your monthly package status or payment methods. This is why We have it set where you can freely cancel your package on your own through your wix app without submitting a notice to the facility,nor do we charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel two hours before a scheduled class booked from your package, you will be credited a class. No monetary refunds only classes. Recurring payments will be drafted monthly from the date of purchase unless you cancel your plan. If you fail to cancel your package prior to your set draft date , no funds or classes will be credited. if you do not cancel your plan, your set plan purchased amount will continue to be deducted from your selected form of payment. Package holders that do not visit the gym for consecutive days/months/years without canceling will continue to be charged the cost o
